These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including interior design consultations, design implementations, and related offerings (collectively, the "Services"). By engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
CHIC CREATIONS INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C. provides interior design services, including but not limited to design consultations, space planning, furniture selection, color schemes, and project management.
All Services will be outlined in a written proposal or contract, which will detail the scope of work, timelines, and fees. The proposal must be signed and approved by both parties before any work commences.
The Client agrees to provide access to the property and any necessary information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to facilitate the completion of the project.
The Client is responsible for making timely decisions and providing feedback as required to ensure the project stays on schedule.
Project timelines provided are estimates and may be subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. CHIC CREATIONS INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C. will make reasonable efforts to adhere to the proposed timeline.
CHIC CREATIONS INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C. is not responsible for delays caused by third parties, including contractors, suppliers, or the Client.
All designs, drawings, and concepts provided by CHIC CREATIONS INTERIOR DESIGN L.L.C. remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for the specified project. The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or use the designs for any other purpose without written consent from the Company.
